Description
Prosciutto wrapped around a goat cheese stuffed date, peach slice, and fresh basil leaf. Finished with a balsamic glaze.

- 24 medjool dates, pitted
- 2–3 peaches sliced
- 24 fresh basil leaves
- 4 oz goat cheese, optional
- 8 slices prosciutto (cut each into 3 slices length wise)
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Bring balsamic vinegar to a simmer in a small sauce pan and simmer for 15 minutes until reduced into a glaze. The glaze should stick to a spoon.
- Stuff dates with goat cheese if using.
- Wrap each date with a fresh basil leaf and then wrap a slice of prosciutto around the date, basil and a peach slice.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes until the prosciutto is browning and slightly crispy on the edges.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze on the dates. Serve warm.
